Collecting your car
Please call us on 0034 711 024 921 once you reach security (if you do not have baggage) or at the baggage reclaim if you have luggage to advise our staff that you have arrived.
This will be their signal to drive your car to the car park.
Our staff will be waiting for you next to the ticket machine and they will be wearing blue uniform with Saltire Cars written on their front and back.
If they are not waiting for you, they won’t be far away, please wait next to the ticket machine for them.
Our staff will then show you to your car and talk you through both your car and your rental so please, have your driver’s licence ready for us.
Returning your car
Please return your car at the times stated on your booking, if you happen to be running late or early please just give us a call and let us know (0034) 711 024 921. As you may incur a €20 fee for retuning at the incorrect time.
As you are refuelling your car before returning, give us a call on the number above so our staff member can prepare for your arrival in the public car park.
You will need to follow the signs for the public car park. If you are unable to see our staff member please call us on the above number or number located on your keyring.
While you unload your luggage from the car our staff will check the fuel gauge to ensure the car is returned with a full tank and will look for any damages.
It is the hirers responsibility to return the fuel on a full tank, failure to do so you will be charged refuelling cost and administration fee of 25€.
Please return car in a reasonable condition or the hirer will be charged a full valet clean of up to 100€.
You are required to refuel your vehicle within 5 kms of the airport.
